Last week we had did our first official stint as this year’s Ambassador Family for the Metro Buffalo March for Babies. Thursday night was the kickoff for the family teams – Shoshanna was excited because there was pizza and the event was held at the Science Museum, which she loves.

We often joke about how Shoshanna is a poster child. “Poster child for 25-weekers”, they called her in the NICU (Sue S. especially was fond of that phrase). Statistically, yeah, she is. She’s the exception to the micropreemie outcomes rule.

Our March for Babies was Sunday morning, the 27th of April. The weather Saturday afternoon was moderately crappy (we went to the Aquarium at Niagara), but the weather folks had promised us good weather for Sunday, and boy were they right!
